I visited with Mom for about an hour this morning. Cindy and the kids were there too. She did not have her 10:30 therapy as she had quite a workout getting dressed so the therapist excused her. She seemed to be doing better today. She refused the medicine that gave her so much trouble yesterday. We sat outside for awhile until Jim got there and then he took her off to therapy again at 11:15. She gets tired of just sitting in the wheelchair after awhile. She seemed to be a bit more positive today. She said they have her standing every day even though it is fully supported. Thats it for now.

Thanks Deb, I spoke with her this evening and she said she had a pretty good day all in all. Jim was able to meet the doctor and they all talked for awhile about getting rid of some of the meds so she is better for rehab.
ReplyDeleteI think anyone in their right mind would get tired of sitting in a wheelchair all the time. So, one can say without a shadow of a doubt that you are in your right mind Gramma. Keep your head up and keep trying hard at everything you do.
